Initial Setup Fee	¥68,750 (JPY) Covers the setup of your dedicated tenant environment and 1–2 online onboarding support sessions.
Basic Usage Fee	¥57,750 (JPY) / month The basic usage fee and visit history usage fees are completely free for 2 weeks from the setup completion date. In the first and final months, the basic usage fee is prorated based on the number of days of use (timezone fixed to Japan Standard Time, JST).
Visit History Usage Fee	Charged based on the number of visit history records registered during the chargeable period (on or after the contract start date). Up to 100 records per month are free; charges apply from the 101 record onward. Multiple records per client are charged per record. The unit price (JPY per record per month, tax-inclusive) is calculated as: `m = max(0, monthly_new_records - 100)` `p(m) = max(150, 300 - 0.750 × m)` The usage fee is the sum `p(1) + p(2) + ... + p(m)`, and fractions of JPY are rounded down. The unit price never falls below 150 JPY.

* Monthly billing amount is the sum of the above fees.

All amounts shown are tax-inclusive.

* Usage before the contract start date (including the free trial period) is free of charge.

Invoice only (bank transfer)

Usage fees for the current month are finalized at the end of each month, and an invoice is issued in the first week of the following month.
Please transfer to the designated account by the due date stated on the invoice.

The service will be available within a maximum of 7 business days after application.

Due to the nature of the service, we cannot refund any fees once paid. For termination procedures, please see "Termination (Withdrawal)" above.

You can terminate your subscription at any time through the "Cancellation Form" after logging into the service.
You can select a termination date that is 10 days or more after the cancellation request date.
You can continue to use all features normally until the termination date.
The basic usage fee for the termination month will be prorated up to the termination date.
Since this service uses a post-payment system, the usage fees for the termination month (prorated basic fee and usage-based fees) will be charged as the final payment in the first week of the month following the termination date.
